RECIPE:
3- 4 pound of goat meat ( can be beef or pork)
2 egg plants
2 chayote
1 head of cabbage
2 Maggie cubes
2 tomatoes
1 jalapeno
cloves
thyme
parsley
1 pound of baby carrots
2 tablespoon of Haitian spice ( epis)
2 bags of frozen spinach
3 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoon of lime juice
salt to taste
