Haitian blè | Bulgur with black beans recipe | Episode 15
This is a delicious easy bulgur wheat meal. Great alternative for white rice, If on a healthy diet. Enjoy! Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE!! Muahhh!!
Here's the exact measurements of everything I used in this video:
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 TBSP Haitian spice ( recipe for it will be listed below)
1 Can of black beans or any beans of your choice
1/2 a can of coconut milk
1 chicken bouillon
1/2 mushroom Maggie (Optional)
bell pepper
cloves
thyme
parsley
1 Tomato
1tsp of salt ( taste water to see if you need more salt)
2 Cups of bulgur
4 Cups of water
Haitian Spice:
green onions
garlic
parsley
black pepper
(blend all together)
