HOW TO COOK HAITIAN RICE| DIRI KOLE AK PWA

This video will show you how to make haitian rice and beans the easy & simple way. You’ll need:

1 3/4 cup of kidney beans (we ended up using half)
12 cups water
1 large spoon of haitian spice/epis/green seasoning
