RECIPE:
2-3LBS of ground beef ( or meat of choice)
2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1/4 cup of finely minced onions
1/4 cup of finely minced bell peppers

1 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
2 slices of bread ( soaked in 1/3 cup of water)
1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 cup of oil of your choice
*TIPS: PUT THE MEATBALLS IN MY MEATLESS HAITIAN SAUCE FOR MORE MOISTURE
