2-3 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 packet of sazon
1 lime or sour orange juice
1 onion
2 Roma tomatoes
Pepper poked with clove
parsley and thyme tied together
2 1/2 teaspoon of tomato paste
2-3 Tablespoon of epis
2 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
