Goat meat
lime
Roma tomato
2 sazon packet
piece of bell pepper
parsley
thyme
2 1/2 Tablespoon of epis
Habanero pepper (OPTIONAL)
1 Tablespoon of sour orange or lime juice
4 cups of water
oil to fry the meat
Salt to taste
