Two Haitian Americans were detained, with 15 other people suspected of being involved in the killing of Haitian President Jovenel Moise. Police killed three suspects, and eight more remain on the loose. The former president's wife was also injured in the incident, but she is expected to recover.

"1804" is my tribute to Haiti / Haitians. Themes: The beauty of Haiti. The Suffering of Haitians. Refugees "Boat People" sent back home to die, or found drowning for a dream... I worked on this over 2 years from 2000 to 2002. Only the Neg Mawon section is left. <br /><br />I featured Top Adlerman's Pwoblem Mwen as the music because I really respect Top Adlerman as an artist.
