Did you know that there is more to do in Labadee, Haiti besides the cruiseship? Yes, you can cruise with Royal Carribean or you can vacation directly in Labadee (Labadie) at Marquis Paradise. The resort is known for its sunset boat rides and honeymoon packages NBC6.com/honeymoon. The nearest town and city to Labadee is Milot and Cap-Haïtien. The city of Cap-Haïtien is known as the Paris of the Antilles.
Cap-Haïtien is Haiti's largest center of historic monuments. It is an unspoiled tourist destination. The calm water of the bay, picturesque Caribbean beaches and monuments have made it a resort and vacation destination for Haiti's upper classes, comparable to Pétion-Ville. Cap‑Haïtien has consistently attracted more international tourists, as it has been isolated from the political instability in the south of the island.
It has a wealth of French colonial architecture, which has been well preserved. During and after the Haitian Revolution, many craftsmen from Cap‑Haïtien, who were free people of color, fled to French-controlled New Orleans as they were under attack by the mostly African slaves. As a result, the two cities share many similarities in styles of architecture. Especially notable are the gingerbread houses lining the city's older streets. When you visit Labadee, do not forget to explore Cormier Beach, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Citadel, and the Heros de Vertiere.
After three years of promoting my culture and country, this is an exciting moment for me. To sit at home and see a tourism television spot on my television of Haiti is breathtaking. Although I don't work for the official Haiti Tourism organization, I know I've had in impact in the way people see my beautiful country and I am proud of that!
Haiti, Experience it! Ayiti, Se La Pou'w La!
Look out for it on Networks such as Food, History, CNN, Discovery, AMC and more.
Haiti 🇭🇹 is one of the most beautiful countries we have ever visited.
Headlines for Haiti are often negative and We won’t be naive to say there are no issues.
However, we experienced so much joy and beauty when we visited Cap-Haïtien and the surrounding islands.
The history in Haiti is arguably some of the most important to the world today. Where would the United States be without Haiti …
I invited a lot of my amazing and innovative friends with beautiful minds to come explore the North Side of Haiti.
My good friend Jerry is Haitian said gotta come through with me. That’s how it started. https://www.instagram.com/jnemorin/

Curious about Haiti? Join Come2haiti through G Adventures on a very affordable 10 day tour of magical Haiti. There is a place in the Caribbean where the tourists don't go; a tropical, rugged place of waterfalls, secret caves, and mountains that scrape the sky. It's a place of bold flavours, intoxicating music, mischievous gods, and colourful art; where the only thing stronger than the rum is the spirit of the people who live there. It's a place where only true travellers go; a place for the brave and the curious. The name of that place? Haiti. Yes, Haiti. This ten-day encounter draws back the veil on this extraordinary, vibrant, and indomitable nation. Experience the energy of Port-au-Prince, the colourful art of Jacmel, the iconic (and UNESCO-protected) Citadelle Laferrière, nurture the arts with at-risk children, and learn the folklore behind Haitian Vodou. Haiti has a future. Be a part of it.

Port-au-Prince (Things to do - Places to Visit) - PORT-AU-PRINCE Top Tourist Places
Capital of Haiti
Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital city, sits on the Gulf of Gonâve. The Musée du Panthéon National Haïtien honors the nation’s history and founding fathers.
The Iron Market, a large 1891 covered bazaar, has produce and handicraft vendors. Nearby is the immense Notre Dame de l'Assomption Cathedral, reduced to a ruin by a 2010 earthquake. Colorful gingerbread-style houses from the turn of the 19th century dot the city.

Why Is Haiti Paradise
Tour Of Beautiful Haiti
Haiti is a country located in the Caribbean Sea, North America.
Most people including Haitians refer to Haiti as an island but in reality Haiti is not an island.
Haiti shares the second largest and the most populous island in the Caribbean, Hispaniola, with Dominican Republic.
Most people only know Haiti for its chronic poverty but not for its beauty and its glorious history.
Please share this video and discover Haiti a little bit of Haiti.
Let me if you want me to make more videos about the Haitian Culture.

Haiti: A New Hope: Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world, suffering everything from devastating natural disasters to brutal dictatorships. Now, there are hopes that tourism could help it rise from the ashes.

“In the 60s, we were number one in tourism for this part of the world”, says Fritz Parets. “And then, it collapsed...” Parets is at the helm of a bold new venture: a 55-bedroom luxury hotel, part of a scheme to put the nation back on the touristic map. Staff are professionally trained and almost all Haitian. “I live thanks to tourism”, says plumber Islet Jean-François. “It really makes life better here! When tourists stop coming, everything collapses.” Yet Haiti remains impoverished. Years of intensive farming have exhausted the country’s soils, and education is chronically underfunded. Despite the nation’s problems, hotel group boss Charles Fombrun is proud of its rich history. “It’s the first black republic… We were at the base of the end of colonialism, the slave’s revolution. Independence!”
