RECIPE:
1/2 olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons of "Haitian Spice"
1 1/2 bag of lima Beans
1 1/2 Maggie
1/2cup of coconut milk
1 1/2 Roma tomatoes
parsley tied with fresh thyme
mushroom Maggie ( OPTIONAL)
1 1/2 tsp or less of salt (this is because Maggie has salt in it)
Jasmine Rice ( use 2 cup of water for every cup of rice or just built your mountain LOL)

A quick and simple way to make a classic Caribbean condiment called pik liz. Pik liz or picklese is a traditional Haitian spicy condiment, with fresh scotch bonnet peppers, cabbage, shredded carrot, cloves, garlic, salt and other flavorful ingredients. Balancing the texture of a coleslaw and the heat of scotch bonnet peppers, you'll quickly get addicted to this wonderful condiment.
You'll need...
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 large carrot
1 cup bell pepper (green, orange, red)
1 onion
2 scallions
6 scotch bonnet peppers
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
12-14 peppercorns
2 cups vinegar (see note)
1/2 lime juice
* 4 cloves (traditionally used)

How to cook the perfect white Rice. In this video, I'm showing you how to cook the perfect white Rice
Ingredients: oil of choice (avocado oil)
green onion
five cups of water, four cups of Rice. saran wrap, and salt.
first sautee the green onion in the oil then add water. Add salt for taste.once water is boiled add rice and stir. let it cook on medium heat. once water is drained put saran wrap on top of pot then cover, and let . it steamed cooked for five minute. uncover, and enjoy.

1/2 of each belle peppers all colors diced
1 whole onion (diced
1 can of span
1 bag of ham (diced)
1 cup of epis
2 cubes of Maggie
The sauce (This what’s gone set it off)
2 cans of evaporated milk
2 12oz box of cream cheese
The laughing cow original cheese all 8 wedges
Salsa con queso cheese any brand (or ragu double cheddar)
1/2 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Maggie cubes
1 teaspoon of adobo
1 teaspoon of Chyanne
1 teaspoon of pepper
Teaspoon of black ground pepper
1 cup 4 cheese Mexican cheese (kraft)
Top
Remainder or kraft 4 cheese Mexican cheese
Colby jack block cheese (shred the 1 cup 4 cheese Mexican cheese (kraft)

RECIPE:
1 (1LB) pack of penne pasta
8 cups of water
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoons of butter
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers ( I mixed red and green together)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
In a large pot salt the 8 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling add pasta and allow it to cook according to package instruction or until al dente. Drain and set pasta aside. Preheat oven to 350℉
2.In a different pot on medium heat, sauté butter, garlic, onions and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes or until visibly tender.
3.Add pasta to sautéed ingredients, along with 1 can of evaporated milk and mix well. Then add seasoned salt, 1 cup grated parmesan, 1 1/2 cups cheddar and remaining can of evaporated milk to pasta, continue to mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
4.Pour pasta mixture into a 8-inch x 11-inch baking dish, sprinkle remaining cup of Parmesan and cheddar cheese on top layer. Place pan in a 350 degree over for 30 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

In this video, you will how to make the perfect Haitian black AKA diri djon djon. It is one of the most popular Haitian dishes, and it is so delicious. You can make this rice simply with beans or you can add cashews to it like I did, you can make it with shrimp and blue swimmer crabs. For this recipes I used yellow rice from restaurant depot but you can any rice of your choice, basmati rice is a good rice to use. This rice may seem intimidated but it’s just as simple as any other rice and beans, you just need the right ingredients. Below you will find all the ingredients that I used. The mushroom maybe a little bit hard to find depending on the state you live in, but you’ll definitely find it in Florida. If you know someone that lives there have them buy it and ship to you.

RECIPE MEASUREMENTS:
5 bunches of Lalo fresh ( or five packs of dried "lalo")
or 5 packs of frozen jute leaves
1 bag of baby spinach
1 pound of cow foot
2 pounds of goat meat
2 tablespoons of “epis”
1 teaspoon of Adobo
1 teaspoon bouillon powder
1 table spoon of garlic and pepper paste (recipe can be found in my “epis” video.
1/2 of a lime juice
1/2 of a sour orange juice
A small bunch of parsley and thyme tied together.
2-3 habanero peppers
1 cup of oil
1 table spoon of butter
DIRECTIONS:
Clean the meat (please refer to my “how I clean my goat meat” video)
Add spices and sit to the side.
Clean, wash and cut the "lalo"
Wash spinach
Add spinach first to a pot Then, the seasoned meat
Add the "lalo" on top of the meat
Cover well (to ensure no air will come out)
Put stove on medium low then let it cook for about 1hr and 20 minutes
Uncover, stir to make sure nothing sticks
Add butter, parsley and thyme, and peppers
Taste (add a little bit of salt if necessary)
Let it simmer until it comes to your preferable consistency.
