Here's what I used to make my Haitian Spice:
6 Leaks
1 pack of parsley
2 head of garlic
2 bell pepper
fresh thyme
1 1/2 TBSP of salt
2 TBSP of black pepper
2 TBSP of whole cloves
3 Maggie cubes ( 3 large chicken bouillons)
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
*Blend all together* VOILA

Beautiful Wedding of Richard Cantave @haitiannomad & Madonna Cantave at the Palais Sans Souci in Milot, Haiti --Not far from Cap Haitien. The Sans Souci Palace is part of the Citadelle national park which was the palace of King Henri Christophe of the North of Haiti in the early 1800's.

By having our wedding in Haiti through Konfettidecor who put together the whole event, we were able to create more than 200 short-term employment for the locals and contribute more than $100,000 to the local economy from hotel rooms, transportation, restaurants and more.

Inside Belly Beach Labadee Haiti
Belly Beach is located in Labadie, which is close to Cap-Haitian. The beach was little known to the outer world until recently when the world discovered this amazing place. Labadee is located on the north coast of Haiti, on the island of Hispaniola. Labadee is about 32 miles west of the border with the Dominican Republic and Grand Turk is the nearest island. Cap-Haïtien is near the historic Haitian town of Milot and second longest city in HAITI
